Reservations & Payment Policy

We take cash, check, MasterCard, Visa and AMEX. Daycare and boarding services are paid in advance. Grooming is paid at pick up. Holiday boarding is paid ONE MONTH in advance and is non-refundable.

Refund Policy

If a package is purchased at the reduced rate and days are used, but you decide to cancel, we will charge you the regular daily rate and refund the difference between the non-package and package prices. Packages are transferable to other dogs within the same house hold.
Prices are subject to change at any time.

Cancellation Policy

Day Care: If you need to cancel, just call us to let us know. There is no penalty as long as we get a phone call—even if it's that morning.

Overnight Boarding: HOLIDAY BOOKINGS are usually paid in advance on the 1st day of the month the holiday is in. For example, Nov. 1st is the payment date for Thanksgiving boarding and Dec. 1st is the payment date for Christmas boarding. If the holiday falls at the first of the month then it is due the month prior. Holiday bookings are non-refundable and include: New Year’s, 4th of July, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Grooming: Must cancel 24 hours prior to booking.

Doggie Daycare

Daycare is from 6:15 a.m. to 7 p.m. seven days a week. We charge $3 per hour past 7 p.m. if you need your pet to stay late. At 9 p.m. our boarding guests come outside for their last potty break of the day and we simply can not leave them to come up front to help so absolute last pick up is 8:55 p.m. We offer discounted pricing for multiple day service for as low as $19 per day.

Overnight Boarding

Our boarding guests must fulfill the same requirements as the day care dogs. Boarding here is tons of fun. Your dog will be able to run around and play with other dogs and staff members for most of the day and go into their enclosures tired and happy.
