Grooming Rules

All dogs to be groomed must have a completed application for service. You may fill it out at our location, download it and fax it to us or fill it out online.

Your dog will be inspected at drop off and his or her previous style of grooming will be discussed.  All notes from every groom will be in the computer and we will discuss what you are looking for, what you had previously and if you want the same thing.  We believe in open communication.

Must be current on vaccinations: Rabies, Distemper and Bordetella.  We can administer the Bordetella vaccine at the daycare at least FOUR DAYS before your appointment for $20.00 or you can get it from your vet.  It is required to have a booster every six months.  This is the canine cough vaccine and is given anytime dogs are mingled in groups or are in the vicinity of other dogs.

Reservations are required.

We are available 7 days per week!

 

Drop Off Options

You may drop off your dog for the entire day if you need to go to work.  After being groomed, your dog will go out to potty and then be placed back in their comfortable kennel.  Music will be played and they are able to see the bird feeders from the window.

Daycare clients can drop off for daycare in the morning (1/2 day rate of $12) and be groomed in the afternoon.  Half days are ONLY available in the morning.  Your dog will begin his or her spa treatment at noon.

You may get an appointment window of 3 hours if you wish to run errands while having your dog groomed.
