Did you know that you will NOT be charged for any service unless you actually show up. This applies to daycare, boarding, and grooming. We will not take a day off your daycare package if you cancel daycare and you will not be charged for boarding or grooming if you cancel. There is also no cancelation fee for canceling any of these services.
The exception to this is over Thanksgiving and Christmas for boarding. Both of those holidays the entire boarding stay is paid in advance and is nonrefundable because we fill up so quickly.
We do still need a phone call as early as possible that you will not be coming in. This is so we can fit another dog in its place and so we are prepared for the pack of that day. We also staff according to dog numbers so having an accurate count of how many will come in and who is very important.
